What has this quote got to do with today’s post, you may ask?

Ok. So Prof. Levitt was basically saying that customers are interested in their problems, not your products.

Agreed. But let’s admit it – at some point, you do need to talk / write about your product. While being customer-focused, you don’t want to forget to be sales-focused or better, boss-focused.

What I want to discuss in this post are some ways I learned to market a product without making the content appear like a flog (feature blog).

In other words, find ways to mention the drill while talking about the hole in today’s social world.
